LANDSCAPING VIOLATIONS

Tree suckers
Weeds
Irrigation leaks or repairs
Dying or dead foliage, including grass
Overgrown grass or bushes
Debris, trash or junk in yard

OTHER TYPES OF VIOLATIONS

Trash cans left out during non-trash hours
Noise complaints
Car without valid tags and/or registration
Commercial vehicles
Damaged blinds visible from public area
Inappropriate curtains or tinfoil in windows visible from public area
Unapproved modifications
Driveway stains
Excessive dog poop
Dented garage door
Inoperable outdoor lighting including address and carriage lights
Holiday decorations not taken down in timely manner
Satellite cables need to be painted same color as the exterior
