COMMON HOA RULES
You will be provided with the CCR’s (HOA Rules) to which your property is subject. As a tenant in an HOA, if you allow the following violations to occur, SFR may be subject to fines, which SFR may charge to your account. This list is not intended to be a list of all possible violations, but merely to highlight the most common violations.
Landscaping Violations for Both the Back And Front Yard
- Tree suckers
- Weeds
- Irrigation leaks or repairs
- Dying or dead foliage, including grass
- Overgrown grass or bushes
- Debris, trash or junk
Other Types of Violations
- Trash cans left out during non-trash hours/days
- Noise complaints
- Car without valid tags and/or registration
- Commercial vehicles
- Damaged blinds visible from public area
- Inappropriate curtains or tinfoil in windows visible from public area
- Unapproved modifications
- Driveway stains
- Excessive animal excrement
- Dented garage door
- Inoperable outdoor lighting including address and carriage lights
- Holiday decorations not taken down in timely manner
- Satellite cables need to be painted same color as the exterior
MONTHLY CHARGE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments can be made directly from this website by selecting “Tenant Login”. Continue to login to the Tenant Portal. Through the tenant portal, you are able to make payments, create work order requests, view your ledger and communicate with us.
Option 1 – Bank-to-Bank
Payment option through the “Tenant Portal” allows you to make your monthly payment directly from your bank account. SFR does not charge for this feature although your bank may.
Option 2 – Credit Card
Payment option through the “Tenant Portal” allows you to pay your monthly payment with a credit card. Our 3rd party payment processing service will apply fees.
Option 3 – Cash or Money Order
Payment option through the “Tenant Portal” allows you to pay with cash/money order (also known as “rent money”). Select payment method “Cash”, enter the amount and “submit”. You will be provided with an account number. Either print the form or take a picture with your cell phone. You are able to complete the transaction at any money service provider that is convenient for you, such as Wal-Mart, Smith’s, Walgreens, CVS or other retailers. Bring the cash and account number and they do the rest. The typical charge is $3.75 per transaction.
Option 4 – Pay at our office
Our office is generally open for business Monday through Friday, excepting federal holidays. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm.
